Refund and Returns Policy

• Services already delivered, completed, or substantially performed are non-refundable.
• Advance payments made for government fees, registrations, licensing charges, statutory filings, or third-party expenses are non-refundable.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to jkmprofessionals@gmail.com.
• If a project is cancelled before work has commenced, a refund may be processed after deducting administrative and processing charges.
• For ongoing projects, refunds will be evaluated based on the percentage of work completed.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method.
• JKM Professionals reserves the right to reject refund requests where services have already been rendered or client delays have impacted project completion.
• No refunds shall be provided for delays caused by government authorities, regulatory bodies, or third-party organizations beyond our control.
